Hi Matt, been missing you I'm hopping that playing hooky with the blog has come about by a reawakening in the longtime relationship between you and Gaberal, for that involves good news in your life. It would be magical and fulfilling if you've found a enriched way in addressing the relationship so that it's now flowing with a deeper meaning than previously experienced... There is much to be said for meditation I've been hoping you would be back posting on how you've been progressing in developing the skill and whether it has allowed you to capitalize on any benefits that may have emerged through practice. Countless decades ago I experimented with yoga but was never able to completely discipline myself, perhaps due to an inappropriate attention span, and also at the time being a capitalist worker drone in the aerospace industry. As I said sometime ago I'm well outside your league in individual accomplishment, that said I do desire the possibility of learning something beyond myself through a eminent understanding of your accomplished personality. I discovered this thread over at metafilter and thought it would be of interest for you, the guys there are sometimes very lucent with their opinions an can be immensely enlightening with their diversity of thought. For instance grumblebee addresses many of my feelings though, his fear of conditioning though, may be overblown.
Anyway I hope life is going good and that you're doing marvelous things in the greenhouse with the garden, perhaps even getting an early start with a spring crop:)
Bye
